I paid for my subscription but still haven’t received the VAT invoice for the payment.
VAT invoices are sent automatically after the payment is made. If you have not received a VAT invoice, please choose the Invoices and subscription management tab, then Orders or inform us about it by sending a message to the address email@example.com or use the Chatbot option “Write to us” (bottom right corner).
We will send the invoice again. We will try to solve the problem asap.
